Daniel Henderson is the Director and Principal Consultant of Henderson Forensics Limited, a forensic engineering consultancy specialising in road traffic collision investigation and expert witness services for criminal and civil litigation.

With 16 years as a Thames Valley Police Forensic Collision Investigator and two decades of expert witness practice, Daniel has investigated many hundreds of collisions and given evidence in complex cases across the courts of England and Wales. He holds a BEng (Hons), a Certificate of Higher Education in Forensic Road Collision Investigation, and is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

He consults for insurance companies, law firms, and police forces — acting for claimant, defendant, and as a single joint expert. He has lectured at De Montfort University and holds a full driving licence including large and articulated vehicle categories.
